Refund and Exchange Policy for Baked Goods
Important Notice for Our Valued Customers
Please be aware that when purchasing baked goods from us, all items are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis. Once your order has been placed and sent out, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange, even if your delivery is delayed in the post or arrives in less-than-perfect condition due to late delivery. We truly appreciate your understanding, as we wish we could do more, but we simply aren’t able to accommodate refunds or exchanges in these situations.
Last year, we encountered several occasions where we had to provide refunds and exchanges because of delivery delays by the post office. We always want to help our customers and did our best to resolve these issues, but sadly, we’re no longer able to cover these costs. For this reason, we need to stick to our non-refundable and non-exchangeable policy for all baked goods. Thank you so much for your support and understanding.
